We are excited to work with Chef Jeff Crosland to bring you a true culinary experience with every meal. All of the meals will be gluten-free with vegan options. Furthermore, throughout the weekend, Chef Jeff will lead small-group cooking lessons and share nutritional insights keeping physical and dietary limitations in mind. Dietary restrictions and GI complications are an unfortunate part of many people’s daily lives with HSD/EDS. Adding POTS and mobility limitations to cooking can make the task seem daunting. You will get to take home exclusive recipes designed just for our group as part of your take-home bag. Learn more about Chef Jeff here.
There will be plenty of time every day to visit the national park or walk around town and enjoy nature and the shops. Every detail has been planned with your needs put first.
