Patty has previously created courses about HSD/EDS for medical professionals and continues to work to educate patients and medical practitioners with HomeCEU and Medbridge. She was a coauthor of the 2019 Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation Journal article “Recognizing and Effectively Managing Hypermobility-Related Conditions” and the 2023 Frontiers in Neurology journal article “Presentation and Physical Therapy Management of Upper Cervical Instability in Patients With Symptomatic Generalized Joint Hypermobility: International Expert Consensus Recommendations.” She is a cohost for the North American EDS ECHO for Allied Health Professionals and is also a member of the EDS International Consortium. She usually finds something to present each year at the Global Learning conference for EDS.
